Overview
After two strong editions, Chain Reaction returns to Mumbai. With the same intent, it started with getting the right people in the room to having an honest conversation, and leave thinking a step ahead by leveraging the collective experience of the community.
This edition centres on one of the most consequential shifts underway in the industry: how AI is changing the nature of supply chain decision-making, and the reality of it, as it's unfolding right now.
Because as it stands, logistics networks don’t move in clean layers. Rates shift, capacity tightens, plans change, and so decisions must keep up across procurement, execution, and payments.
What’s starting to matter more is the data behind those decisions, and how well it reflects what’s actually happening across lanes, carriers, and contracts. Equally importantly, it’s vital to understand how it’s used in real-time, and not just analyse it post-fact.
