With Expertise in Secured and Unsecured Lending businesses Operations, Customer Experience, Upsell/ Cross-Sell, Credit, and Collection/ Retention, he has successful track record in establishing, managing and transforming high volume retail businesses across wide geographies with large and multidimensional teams and outsourcing partners.

He is currently working with SBI Card, India’s second largest Credit Card issuer with a customer base of 18+ million, where over the last 10 years he has managed the Customer Experience and Operations functions, championing Transformational Strategies across Digital Adoption and Process Optimisation to enhance Customer Experience and Operational Excellence.

As a Business leader, he guides his teams to support Organisational KPIS while ensuring Process and Regulatory Compliances in a competitive and dynamic environment, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Under his guidance, the SBI Card team has won numerous prestigious awards, incl the Stevie Awards for Years 2019, 2021 and 2022 and the Golden Bridge Award 2019. He is also a recipient of the Gold Stevie for Customer Service Executive of the Year 2019.

Monish is a member of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee and the Technical and Price Negotiation Committee and Chairman of the Standing Internal Committee on Customer Complaints

Muhammed Khalid Iqtadar is the Head of Compliance at Ajman Bank. Muhammed is a highly experienced and versatile senior executive with over 25 years of expertise in internal audit, risk management, and compliance within the banking sector.

Muhammed ´s core competencies are deeply rooted in establishing and re-engineering processes for audit divisions, developing and executing robust audit strategies, and leading operations in compliance and risk management. Prior to joining Ajman Bank Mr. Iqtadar held senior roles at Commercial Bank International, Habib Bank AG Zurich – United Arab Emirates, ORIX leasing, Arthur Andresen and Ernst & Young International.
